Rosaria è stata relatrice sul concetto di Crescita guidata dalla felicità durante eventi pubblici come il TEDx Tor Vergata a Roma, in Italia, il World Happiness Summit a Sant Miguel de Allende, in Messico, e il Workshop Internazionale sulla Scienza della Felicità all’ITT Kharagpur, in India. Ha partecipato a più di 40 eventi aziendali in cui ha gestito seminari NPS, mappature dei percorsi dei clienti, e innumerevoli presentazioni sul tema della Customer Experience. Ha anche facilitato sessioni di pittura intuitive, durante gli off-site dei suoi clienti.
