After 13 years in corporate in various customer experience roles at leading companies like Forrester Research, Adobe, and Philips, since 2014 I’ve been advising companies and training international professionals on improving Customer Experience, while deepening my knowledge in Happiness and Positive Phycology. Understanding emotions and building empathy capabilities are key competencies in designing and delivering remarkable customer and employee experiences.

Also, like everyone, I’ve had my share of struggles in my professional and personal life, and my personal wellbeing always impacted my professional performance. This is why I’ve taken lessons from burnout and mental health issues and invested in recovery and learning first, and now I share my knowledge and practices in the business world, evangelizing the key role of happiness and wellbeing in business too. The Science of Happiness, Positive Psychology, Non-Violent Communication, Mindfulness, and Intuitive Painting have been game-changers for my personal well-being. Daily practices of laughter yoga, qigong, and heart coherence boost my energy and happiness. Combining my CX and Happiness knowledge, I created the Happiness Driven Growth Model, a holistic approach that focuses on maximizing the happiness of both employees and customers (so that excellence, profits, and loyalty follow as a result) starting from understanding and nurturing our physical and mental wellbeing as individuals.

Lifelong learning and sharing knowledge are two of my favorite activities. And with these new open programs, I want to support conscious leaders to understand and nurture enriching emotions and make happiness their competitive advantage in business and life.

Did you know that we can influence our physical well-being with laughter, breathing, and heart coherence?

Improve your resilience to everyday challenges with practical knowledge to reduce stress and increase well-being.

This interactive, inspiring, and fun training program has been developed by Rosaria Cirillo with her learning from the Science of Happiness (by Happiness Studies Academy), Laughter Yoga (by Laughter Yoga Academy), HeartMath Resilience Advantage and Heart Coherence studies, Non-Violent Communication (by Marshall Rosenberg), Positive Intelligence Coaching Program (by Shirzad Chamine), and Yoga (by Himalayan Yoga Academy)

You will understand and experience how our hardware elements (Mind, Energy, Body, Heart and Soul) influence our happiness and productivity, and you will:

  • ✔  Assess: This program starts & ends with assessments “How do you feel?” & “Sunflower of Happiness” at the start and end of the program; and during each session, we measure the “Laughter Quotient” and the “Resilience Quotient”.
  • ✔  Learn about:
    • 1. BODY & physiology of Stress: understand good and bad stress, “fight or flight” response versus “rest and digest” state. Meet the special practice and discipline of Laughter Yoga, its benefits on physical and mental health. Stress cocktail and Joy cocktail DOSE (Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, Endorphin).

    • 3. HEARTH (Emotions) & science of happiness: Uncover the 5 Aspects and the 9 factors that affect happiness. Depleting versus enriching emotions and practice our RAIN method. Importance of Heart variability and practice heart coherence.
    • 4. ENERGY (Breathing). Role and importance of oxygen. Qi and Chakras. How to use breathing and pranayama to either activate your energy or to reduce your stress.
    • 5. SOUL (Silence): understand how Yoga and Meditation combine all the above elements and allow you to move from Doing to Being; role of Contraction and expansion; practice active and still meditation.
  • ✔  Do & experience:
    • laughter, breathing and meditation exercises: in each session will have small practices of laughter (as active meditation), breathing (as static meditation), and other 3 elements of Joy: Dance, Sing, Play. And experience how Laughter Yoga can help you pursue “health, play, and smile” in daily life.

Improve your resilience to everyday challenges with practical knowledge to reduce stress and increase well-being.

This interactive, inspiring, and fun training program has been developed with the key learning from the Happiness Studies Academy course Rosaria followed with Tal Ben-Shahar and includes also additional learning from Laughter Yoga, HeartMath Resilience Advantage, and Heart Coherence studies. During this program, we will also play the Uppiness Game!

Over six sessions, you will understand and experience different strategies and practices to nurture different areas of their wellbeing, and you will:

  • ✔ Assess: This program starts & ends with the SPIRE check-in & “Sunflower of Happiness” assessment at the start and end of the program.
  • Learn happiness: Uncover the science of happiness, the 5 Aspects, and the 9 factors that affect happiness.
  • ✔ Learn Positive Psychology: Learn Tal Ben-Shahar’s SPIRE framework (Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Relational, and Emotional Well-being).

ABOUT THE UPPINESS GAME

World-famous Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar and Organizational psychologists Dalia Feldheim and Oren Appel have developed an exciting game for organizations. It is an interactive and fun online game that boosts happiness at work by enabling participants to learn tools and solutions from the sciences of happiness at work and positive psychology. The game is played at virtual tables with 6 participants. You have both individual and collective goals. The personal objective is to collect as many Upper tokens as you can to win. The group objective is to solve as many game challenges as possible. In the beginning, players select their strengths (the game supports both VIA Strengths and Clifton Strengths classification) and get assigned four random cards that represent the solutions they can propose in 4 positive psychology areas: 

  • Physical solutions
  • Intellectual/Mental solutions
  • Relational/Social solutions
  • Emotional solutions

Strengths and solutions are then used to address two types of challenges: 

  • Questions – work-related dilemmas that need to be solved.
  • Actions – energy-increasing tasks that need to be done.

A game can last 60 to 90 minutes depending on the number of rounds and participants. At the end of the game, there is a debrief session to discuss learning, solutions proposed, and commitment to action.

✔ Reflect: Identify ways to drive change at the individual level and within the organization (focusing on the team, customers, employees, or society/community). Uncover and address potential challenges (what gets in the way?)

✔ Commit: During each session, each participant identifies one action or new habit at the individual and organization level to put into practice before the following session. Each participant will have an accountability buddy to share the journey.

✔  Online sessions via Zoom. We use Miro as our virtual wall and co-creation tool.
✔  Dedicated group for continuous exchange on a platform based on participants’ preference (either on Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack or Facebook).
✔  A dedicated monthly time, space, guide & support group to:

WHEN
